Stranglers Bonneville Presentation 7th October

WINNERThe winner of our Stranglers 40th Anniversary Bonneville will be presented with his prize on Tuesday 7th October – exact time to be confirmed – at our showroom in Ashford Common.

We recently announced the details of the winner of this brand new, one-off, special edition Triumph Bonneville we offered as a competition prize this summer.  The specially commissioned bike was painted in a unique colour scheme and graphics to celebrate the 40th anniversary of the formation of The Stranglers, one the UK’s most popular bands.

One of the side panels on the bike has been signed by the band members then re-lacquered to preserve their autographs, adding to the collectability of the bike.

Neil James of Pontercawe, Swansea, was drawn from almost 6,000 entries to be the lucky winner of the bike.  He will be presented with his prize by JJ Burnel of The Stranglers on 7th October at Jack Lilley Ltd’s Ashford showroom.  Neil, a big Stranglers fan, commented
‘It’s the first time I’ve ever won anything and it’s very exciting.  I’d almost forgotten I’d even entered the competition.  I can’t wait to collect the bike and it’s fantastic that I’ll also be meeting JJ as I’ve loved the Stranglers for years’.

We’ll publish more details about the presentation nearer the time but meanwhile give our congratulations to Neil for winning this excellent prize.
